Yaremche / Carpathians / Direct booking

Reach the host before you commit a night

Stay questions, arrival notes and booking fallback all run through the same two channels: this phone and this inbox. Both are answered by the people who keep the grounds, not a call centre.

What to put in your enquiry

  • Your dates, guest count and whether you need a private bathroom.
  • Arrival time and whether you come by car or train to Yaremche.
  • Any amenity you expect to be included, so it can be confirmed as private, shared or paid.

Sending a request does not hold a unit. A reservation exists only after the host confirms availability and the final terms, including the 30% deposit and the balance due 7 days before arrival.

Already decided? Use the booking form, or read the arrival notes before you travel.

Ask before you book

Send a stay question, an arrival note, or a booking fallback request. A host answers personally, usually within one working day.

Terms before you send

  • Night rate from 1 850 UAH, cleaning fee 350 UAH, local tourist tax where applicable.
  • 30% deposit on confirmation, balance due 7 days before arrival.
  • No charge up to 14 days before arrival, 50% refund 7 to 13 days before arrival, no refund under 7 days.

Booking directly with a host? Use the reservation form for dates and guests.

Sending this form opens a confirmation page. No reservation exists until the host confirms availability and final terms.

Arrival notes

Getting here, packing, and shared-space etiquette

These notes apply to guests who already hold a confirmed reservation. If the host has not confirmed availability, no unit is held for you yet.

Access path

  • The final 1.8 km past the Yaremche bridge is a gravel forestry track. Front-wheel-drive cars manage it in dry weather. Low-clearance cars should park at the lower lot.
  • Snow chains are needed from December to March. The host confirms track condition seven days before arrival.
  • There is no street lighting on the track. Arrive before dusk or ask for a transfer, since the nearest rail stop is Yaremche, 6 km away.

What to bring

  • Headlamp, waterproof boots, and a warm layer for evenings. Ridge trail markers are faint in places.
  • Drinking water is supplied per unit. Reusable bottles can be refilled at the spring point.
  • Cash in hryvnia for paid extras such as sauna hours, firewood bundles, and breakfast baskets. Card payment is available at the office only.

Shared-space etiquette

  • Quiet hours run from 22:00 to 07:00 across shared grounds and the shared sauna.
  • Sauna sessions are booked in two-hour blocks. Only the Ridge Cabin has a private sauna; every other unit shares the one by the stream.
  • Open fires belong in the marked fire pit. Firewood brought from outside the property is not allowed.
  • Pets stay in units listed as pet-ready and stay leashed on shared paths.
