Rates in UAH. Cleaning fee is ₴450 once per stay, local tourist tax is ₴35 per guest per night. A 30% deposit confirms the dates and the balance is due 7 days before arrival. Cancellation is free up to 14 days before arrival, 50% is refunded for 7 to 13 days, and nothing is refunded under 7 days. A reservation exists only after the host confirms availability.

Booking process

From request to keys in five clear steps

Nothing is charged on this site. The host reads your request, confirms availability and the final price in writing, and only then does the deposit apply.

    You send the request

    Dates, number of guests and the unit you prefer. No card details at this stage, and no obligation on either side.

  2. 02

    The host confirms

    You get a reply within one working day with availability, the exact night rate, and which amenities are private or shared. A reservation exists only after this written confirmation.

  3. 03

    30% deposit

    Once you accept the terms, a 30% deposit holds the unit. Paid by bank transfer or a payment link issued by the host.

  4. 04

    Balance seven days before arrival

    The remaining amount, plus the cleaning fee and the local tourist tax where it applies, is due seven days before you arrive.

  5. 05

    Arrival and handover

    Directions, the check-in window and the host phone number arrive with your confirmation. Keys are handed over in person on site.
