Cancellation, Refunds and Complaints

You may cancel a booking or order in accordance with the terms shown in your confirmation and with Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII 'On Protection of Consumer Rights' of 12 May 1991. To submit a claim, write to contact@lnpurewell.com or call +380 982 171 2215. We register every complaint, reply in writing, and describe the refund and dispute-handling procedure in our response.
